AorTech International plc ('the Company') announces that it received
notification today from Union Investment Management Limited that Erudite
Limited, a company wholly owned by Mr Peter Gyllenhammar, has transferred its
total shareholding to Forvaltnings AB Bronsstadet, which is also wholly owned
by Mr Gyllenhammar, therefore there has been no change in the beneficial owner
of these shares.



Further the Company announces that Forvaltnings AB Bronsstadet sold 10,000
ordinary shares on 16 February 2006, and sold a further 25,000 ordinary shares
on 17 February 2006.  Following these transactions, Mr Peter Gyllenhammar is now
interested in a total of 385,000 ordinary shares representing approximately
10.1% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
