The Company was notified on 19 September 2006 by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
('Goldman Sachs'), that following a recent purchase, funds managed by Goldman
Sachs are interested in 333,500 of the Company's ordinary shares of 250p each
which represents 8.75 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
