AorTech International plc ('the Company') announces that it received
notification today that following a purchase of 37,000 Ordinary Shares by
Erudite UK Limited, Mr Gyllenhammar is now interested in a total of 331,713
Ordinary Shares representing approximately 8.7% of the issued Ordinary Share
capital of the Company.  These shares are held by Erudite UK Limited and
Silverlaggen AB, both companies that are wholly owned by Mr Peter Gyllenhammar.
