AorTech International plc ('the Company') announces that it received
notification today that Silverslaggan AB, a company wholly-owned by Mr Peter
Gyllenhammar, sold 171,704 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 5 May 2004.


This decreases Silverslaggan AB's interest to 294,713 Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 7.73% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the
Company.
