AorTech International plc ('the Company') announces that it received
notification today that Erudite UK Limited, a company wholly owned by Peter
Gyllenhammar, acquired 5,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 10 February 2004.



This increases its interest to 381,917 Ordinary Shares representing
approximately 10.02% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital.
