notification today that Erudite Ltd, a UK company owned by Peter Gyllenhammar,
bought 15,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 1 September 2003

This increases his beneficial interest to 313,917 Ordinary Shares representing
approximately 8.24% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital.
