Directors' Notification of Dealing in Shares

AorTech International plc ('the Company') announces that it received
notification today that on 25 July 2000 Melody Investments Limited, beneficial
owner, Eddie McDaid, Director, sold 37,500 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the
Company at a price of 808p per share.

The Company also announces that it received notification today that on 25 July
2000 Caricature Investments Limited, beneficial owner, J G Wright, Director,
sold 37,500 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 808p per
share.
