RTW Venture Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that the unaudited net asset value attributable to the ordinary shares of the Company at the close of business on 31 May 2023 (the "NAV") was US$365.2 million, or US$1.72 per ordinary share, an increase of 1.9% from the previous month.

The Company also announces that it intends to make a non-material amendment to its investment restrictions to confirm that it will not invest more than 15% of its gross assets in other closed-ended investment funds admitted to listing by the FCA.
