RTC is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held at 12.00 noon on 27 June 2012, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

The chairman is encouraged by a promising start to 2012 and confirmed the boards confidence that the group will trade profitably in the first half of 2012 and the year as a whole.
