Board change

The Company announces that, having successfully invested in the Company and served a number of years as a non-executive director of the Company, John White has today notified the Company that he has decided to step down from the Board. However, his resignation is to take effect when the Board has appointed a suitable replacement non-executive director and there has been sufficient time to ensure a smooth handover to his successor. 

The Board would like to thank John for his support during an exciting growth period for the Company which has seen revenues double and would like to wish John well in his future endeavours.

The Board has already commenced the search for a replacement and expects to be in a position to make an announcement on this matter in the near term.
