ATA Group plc ('ATA') is a human resource support services group, which provides employment solutions and training services to client companies in the United Kingdom and overseas. ATA group Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Bailey ACA to the post of Commercial Director with effect from 24th April 2003. Andrew, aged 46, qualified as an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in June 1982 having served five years with Crombie, Lacon & Stevens. He moved to KPMG where he stayed as Departmental Manager, Audit, special reporting and investigation until 1987, when he joined Eagle Trust Plc as Divisional Controller. In 1990 he moved to Sanderson CFL Ltd as Finance Director and subsequently from 1993 as Managing Director. In 2000, he fulfilled the role of Managing Director at Mailbrain, a division of Sanderson IT Systems Ltd.
