Following  the  recent appointment of Mr Peter  McWeeney  as
Finance Director Mr Graham Chivers has retired as a Director
of  the Company effective from 1 September 1999.  Mr Chivers
will remain as Financial Controller and Company Secretary.

Mr   John  Green  has  resigned  as  Non-Executive  Director
effective  from  1  September  1999.   The  board  are  most
grateful  for his contribution during a pivotal  period  and
wish him success in his other business activities.
