The Company was informed on 10 May 2007 that on the same day Andrew Bailey, the
Group Managing Director, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 55p per Ordinary Share. Following this
acquisition, Mr Bailey is interested in 51,000 Ordinary Shares, representing
0.62 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
