NOTIFICATION OF SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDER

The Company received notice today (28 October 2004) in accordance with the
Companies Act (as amended) that The Capital Group Companies, Inc. on behalf of
its affiliates including Capital International, Inc., Capital International S.A.
and Capital International Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in the
Ordinary Sharers of 10p each in the Company.
