NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN SHAREHOLDING OF SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDERS
The Company was informed today that the Zurich Financial Services Group
interest in the shares of the Company has fallen below 3.0% and that they
therefore no longer hold a notifiable interest in the share capital of the
Company.
