BOARD CHANGES


As previously announced the following Board changes will take effect from
today:

Roy Cotterill will retire as Non Executive Chairman.

Bob Lawson, who was appointed Chairman Designate in July 2001 after retiring
as Group Chief Executive, will succeed Roy Cotterill.
