Director's Interests in Shares

The   Company  has  today  been  informed  that  Mr   RCG
Cotterill,  Chairman of the Company, has today  purchased
1,000  ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company  (being
less  than 0.01% of the current issued share capital)  at
662.5p  per  share.  Following the purchase Mr  Cotterill
holds  22,421 ordinary shares of 10 p each in the Company
(being  less  than  0.01%  of the  current  issued  share
capital).
