Further Notification of Preliminary Statement of Annual Results for 2003 and
                    Timetable for other Announcements in 2004

Rotork p.l.c., the international specialist engineering group, will be
announcing its Preliminary Statement of annual results, for year ended 31
December 2003, on Thursday 25 March 2004 with meetings by invitation at 9:30
a.m. at the offices of Financial Dynamics, Holborn Gate, 26 Southampton
Buildings, London, WC2A 1PB.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on 21 May 2004 at Rotork
House, Brassmill Lane, Bath.

The Company's interim announcement for the six months ended 30 June 2004 will be
made on 5 August 2004.
