Preliminary Announcement of Final Year Results 2012 and First Interim Management Statement 

Rotork p.l.c. will be making its preliminary announcement of the final results for the financial year ending 31^st December 2012 on Tuesday 5^th March 2013. 

The first Interim Management Statement for 2013 will be announced on Friday 26^th April 2013 being the date of the Company's Annual General Meeting.
