Rotork plc ('Rotork') announces that Lucinda Bell was appointed a non-executive director of Rotork on 10^th July 2014. She will be a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees of the Board.

Lucinda has been Finance Director of The British Land Company PLC since May 2011 and is a Chartered Accountant.

There is no information required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R(2)-(6) relating to Lucinda Bell.
