Rotork plc ("Rotork"), the market leading actuator manufacturer and flow control company, is today holding a Capital Markets Day for analysts and investors.  This will include presentations by Rotork's senior management and include an update on the Group's strategic development.

The Group published an Interim Management Statement covering the period from 1 July to 14 November 2013 on 15 November 2013.  As a result, no update on trading and no new material information will be provided during the event.
