Rotork p.l.c. ("Rotork"), the market leading actuator manufacturer and flow control company, today announces the acquisition of the entire issued capital of Flowco Ltd ("Flowco"), a valve and actuator service company based near Rotork's group headquarters in Bath, United Kingdom.

Commenting on the acquisition Peter France, Chief Executive, said:
