13. Additional information:	The number of shares in issue has increased from 45,526,578 to 48,026,580. On 21st August 2017, Close Brothers Asset Management bought a total of 1,286,468 shares in Rotala Plc. This brought our shareholding to 6,046,004 and 12.59% of the shares in issue. This is based on the shares in issue figure of 48,026,580 as at 21st August 2017. This is the required notification that the holding has crossed 11 and 12% of the shares in issue.
