The Company announces that Bob Dunn, Executive Director, and his wife Carol Dunn, today purchased 126,450 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and 54,050 Ordinary Shares respectively each at a price of 55.25 pence per share. The shares were purchased via their self-invested personal pensions (SIPP).

Following these purchases, Mr Dunn has a total interest in 1,112,425 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which includes his wife's holding in Rotala.
