Rotala has been notified of the following Director's Dealing which occurred on 15 April 2015:

Simon Dunn, Chief Executive of the Company, has purchased 17,721 ordinary shares of 25 pence each at a price of 62 pence per share.

Following this share purchase, Simon Dunn is interested in 1,382,355 ordinary shares in the Company. This represents a holding of 3.60% of the shares in issue.
