Rotala announces that on 8 November 2007, it received notification that Nicholas
Kennedy, Non-executive Director, purchased 18,037 ordinary shares of 25p each in
the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 8 November 2007 at a price of 55 pence per
share.



Following this purchase, Nicholas Kennedy has an interest in 151,886 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.75 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.



The Company also announces that on 8 November 2007, John Gunn, Non-executive
Chairman of the Company, exercised 58,800 warrants in the Company. Following
this exercise, John Gunn has been issued 58,800 Ordinary Shares at a price of
62.5 pence per share.



Following this transaction, John Gunn has a direct, and indirect, interest in
4,025,524 Ordinary Shares, representing 19.78 per cent. of the total voting
rights of the Company.



The new Ordinary Shares will admit to trading on AIM on 15 November 2007.
Following the admission of the new Ordinary Shares total number of voting rights
in Rotala plc will be 20,354,579
