                               Change of Adviser

Rotala plc is pleased to announce that Corporate Synergy Plc ('Corporate 
Synergy') has been appointed as the Company's nominated adviser and broker with
immediate effect.


Corporate Synergy has been granted an option over 8,409,231 ordinary shares of
1p each in the Company exercisable at 1.5p per share for a period of 5 years
from the date of its appointment.
