The Company has today been notified that on 15 January 2016, Hugh Cox, a director of the Company, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in Rosslyn at a price of 13.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Mr Cox holds 9,695,090 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 12.8 per cent. of its issued share capital.
