                             Receipt of Major Order


Southampton, UK: 5th July 2006 - Ross Group plc, the company is pleased to
announce the receipt of a major order by its subsidiary company, GEL Engineering
Ltd. A Letter of Subcontract Award has been received from CAE USA Inc for a
training simulator which is a repeat of an order gained in 2003. The letter
covers a temporary limit of liability up to 40% of the expected total contract
award of USD2.4m. A formal contract for the total value is expected within the
next sixty days.
