The   Company   announces  the   resignation   of   Peter
Mottershead as Managing Director of the Company on 7 June
2000.  The  Board would like to thank Mr Mottershead  for
his  valued  contribution to the  Company  and  wish  him
further  success  in  the future.  Paul  Francis  Gregory
Binney,  currently an executive director of the  Company,
has  been appointed Managing Director of the Company from
today.
