ROLLS-ROYCE PROVIDES DATES FOR FOURTH QUARTER INVESTOR RELATIONS EVENTS

Rolls-Royce Holdings plc today confirms 12 November 2015 for its third quarter Interim Management Statement for 2015. In addition, as outlined at the half year results on 31 July 2015, Warren East, Chief Executive of Rolls-Royce, will present an update on his ongoing operating review to investors and analysts on 24 November. As normal, the presentation will be webcast with suitable dial-in facilities for overseas participants and those not able to attend in person. Details of the London-based venue and exact timings will be confirmed in due course.
