                        Result of Annual General Meeting
                            Directors shareholdings

At the Annual General Meeting held today all the resolutions were duly passed.

In accordance with the arrangements announced on 17 September 2003 the Company
has granted to Mr. George Kynoch and Mr. Keith Chapman further options over
50,000 ordinary shares each in the Company at an exercise price of 34p per
share. The options are exercisable between three and five years from the date of
grant. No consideration has, nor will be, paid.
