Eurolink Managed Services plc ('the Company') - Director's Resignation
The Company announces that David Mann, Chairman, has resigned as a director of
the Company with effect from today. The Company would like to thank him for
his services during his time as a director. David Wood, Managing Director,
will assume the role of interim Chairman with immediate effect.
