Norish is pleased to announce that it has agreed to purchase the cold store at Leeds from Fullers Foods International plc. This site has been operated by Norish under a lease since February 2009.

The agreed price is £750,000 which has been partly funded by a 15 year term loan from HSBC for £500,000 at bank base rate plus a margin of 2.75%.

The store has an area of 34,600 sq ft which provides a current capacity of 3,100 frozen pallet spaces. It is situated in the Leeds Market area, with easy access to the M1, M62 and A1.
