The Company has been notified today that Kappa Alpha has acquired 140,000 
ordinary shares representing 1.65% of the issued share capital on the 14th 
February 2007 at Stg 61p. This increases its shareholding to 1,039,684 ordinary 
shares, representing 12.28% of the issued share capital of the company.
