Eurolink Managed Services plc ('the Company')

The Company was notified today that Chrisalis Trustees (Guernsey) Limited, a
family trust in which Anthony Antoniades has a life interest, transferred
9,899,999 2p ordinary shares to Mr Antoniades on 17 April 2003. This represents
Mr Antoniades' entire holding in the Company amounting to approximately 95.19%
of the issued share capital of Eurolink Managed Services plc. No consideration
was paid.
