Following the recent announcements of the Share Placing, the Directors of Norish plc have purchased the following shares:

T.B Mantor AS purchased their full entitlement of 102,730 shares. T.B. Mantor AS currently holds 1,130,025 shares representing 12.13% of the issued share capital of the company. Torgeir Mantor who is a director of Norish plc is also a director of T.B. Mantor AS.
