Eurolink Managed Services plc ('the Company') - Director's Shareholding

Pursuant to the arrangements described in the Company's Admission Document
dated 30 July 1999 under which Mr Jim Carr, a non-executive director of the
Company, was obliged to take up any ordinary shares offered to and not taken
up by the employees of Eurolink Group plc and Eurolink Managed Services plc
under the placing arrangements, the Company was notified today that Mr Carr's
shareholding in the Company has increased to 39,300 ordinary shares
(previously 15,000) representing 0.38% of the ordinary share capital of the
Company (previously 0.14%).
