                              Director Appointment



Norish is pleased to announce the appointment of Ray French, aged 61, to the
Board of the Company as a Non Executive Director with effect from 1 March 2007.


Ray French is a director of Kappa Alpha Limited and Sky Hill Limited. Kappa
Alpha Limited and Sky Hill Limited are the beneficial owners of 1,039,684
Ordinary Shares, representing 12.28% of the Company's current issued share
capital.


The directorships and partnerships held by Ray French now and over the five
years preceding the date of appointment are detailed in Appendix One.


There are no further disclosures to be made under Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of
the AIM rules.
