                            Appointment of Director

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board of Directors, as
Technical Director, of Mr. Paul John Jewell, age 42, with immediate effect. Paul
Jewell has been employed by EMS since 2001, prior to which he had been a
consultant to the Company for 3 years. During the last five years he has been a
director of ProgressiveLeads Ltd. There is no other information to disclose in
accordance with Schedule 2(f) of the AIM Rules.
