Norish announces that it was informed today of the purchase of 75,000 Ordinary
Shares of nominal value €0.25 each by Aidan Hughes, Finance Director and Company
Secretary, at a price of 55 pence per share on 3 October 2007.


Following this purchase of shares, Aidan Hughes is the beneficial owner of
193,340 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.28% of the Company's current issued
share capital.
