Norish announces that it was informed today of the purchase of 104,340 Ordinary
Shares of nominal value €0.25 each by Aidan Hughes, Finance Director and Company
Secretary, at a price of 56 pence per share on 27 September 2007.


Following this purchase of shares, Aidan Hughes is the beneficial owner of
118,340 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.40% of the Company's current issued
share capital.
