                        Change of name to RDF Group plc

The directors of EMS believe that a number of the Group's customers are confused
that the name of the ultimate holding company is Eurolink Managed Services PLC
whilst the principal operating company trades under the name RDF Consulting
Limited. The directors are therefore proposing that, to avoid any further
confusion, the name of Eurolink Managed Services PLC be changed to RDF Group
plc.

The change of name will be effected by way of a Special Resolution to be
proposed at an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 10 June 2005.
