Appointment of New Nominated Adviser & Broker and Lifting of Suspension in
Trading

The Board of RDF is please to announce the appointment of Smith & Williamson
Corporate Finance Limited ('Smith & Williamson') as nominated adviser and broker
to the Company with immediate effect.

Following the appointment of Smith & Williamson, the board is pleased to
announce that the suspension in trading of RDF's ordinary shares of 2p each on
AIM has been lifted with effect from 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 12 September 2006.
