Partial Sale of Spuetz Shareholding


NewMedia SPARK plc ('SPARK') announces that it has sold 1,300,000 shares in
Spuetz AG for total cash consideration of Euro 6.175m. SPARK retains a holding
of 602,554 shares, representing approximately 12% of the voting stock in Spuetz.
