The Company was informed yesterday by Guinness Peat Group plc ('Guinness Peat')
that, following the sale of 4,000,000 Ordinary 2.5p shares of NewMedia SPARK plc
('SPARK'), Guinness Peat no longer has a disclosable interest in the issued
