The Company has been advised that the management of the portfolio formerly known
as the Exeter Capital Growth fund has been transferred to New Star Asset
Management Limited and now forms part of the New Star UK Capital Growth
Portfolio. Consequently New Star UK Capital Growth Portfolio owns 20,000,000
NewMedia SPARK plc Ordinary shares amounting to 4.24% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
