EBT share sale

The Company has been notified by Ardel Trust Company (Guernsey) Limited, the trustees of the SPARK Ventures plc Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), that on 26 July 2012 the Trust completed the sale of 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.40 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 11.375 pence. The proceeds from the sale of these shares will be distributed amongst the beneficiaries of the Trust which include Directors of the Company.

Following this sale the Trust holds 415,970 Ordinary Shares representing 0.10% of the Company's current voting rights.
