In accordance with the Company's remuneration scheme, founder warrants
('Founder Warrants') amounting to 2 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital have been transferred to the following director's:

Founder Warrants entitle the holder to subcribe for ordinary shares at a price
of 10p per share. They may be exercised at any time between 20 October 2000
and 20 October 2004.
