The Company has been notified that David Potter, Chairman of the Company, purchased 3,311 Ordinary Shares of 50p each ("Ordinary Shares") today at a price of 755p per share. 

Following this purchase, Mr Potter is interested in 8,869 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.23% of the Company's issued share capital.
